This website (casablanca-osaka.jp, "the Site") is operated by Casablanca Namba Riverside ("we," "us," "the restaurant"), a café and restaurant located at 2-6-7 Nishishinsaibashi, S-Front Dotonbori 1F, Chuo-ku, Osaka 542-0086, Japan. This page explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

When you submit our online reservation or inquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, requested date and time, party size, and any special requests you provide. This information is sent directly to our staff via our email service provider (EmailJS) and used solely to process your reservation or respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, and do not use it for marketing purposes.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, and device type. We have Google Signals enabled, which allows Google to associate site visits with a visitor's Google Account for users who are signed in and have consented via their own Google Account settings, in order to provide cross-device reporting; we do not see this data at an individual level.

We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

We set one functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language preference (Japanese/English). It contains no personal data and lasts up to one year.

Our Access/Location section embeds a Google Maps view. Interacting with it may result in data collection by Google, governed by Google's own privacy policy.
